Production

Incl. (1) the processes of soil preparation and cultivation, planting the vinestocks weed control, fertilisation, pest and pathogen control, harvest as the demolition of the vineyard; (2) the machines and shed or surface used to park them; (3) all inputs as young vinestocks, fertilizers (mineral and organic), active substances, water for irrigation, fuels as well as the transport to the farm; (4) the direct emissions of the fuel combustion, the abrasion of tyres and the direct emissions on the field. Cut-off rule/Exclusion: The inventory does not include processes occuring after harvest as well as all hand-works (pruning, bud pruning, lift, manual young shoot removal), transport of harvested grapes to press centre, tools need for handwork, replacement of missing vine stocks.
